About Kate
As a child I was in a perpetual state of awe, deeply feeling, artistic, bombastic, wildly expressive and imaginative. Despite my first career being in the arts, by the time I reached adulthood, I’d become untethered from my contentment and joy, and instead lived daily life from a perfectionistic and extrinsically-motivated stance. I felt like I was dying inside… and I was.
From my mid-20s onwards, I began to search in earnest for a “better” life — at first rearranging the externals. I retrained as a computer programmer, and then combined my knowledge in the technical and skill-building worlds as a program manager of professional development programs at a large tech company.
Although the trappings of my career and relationships had drastically changed, and by all external metrics I was successful, I noticed that my inner dynamics hadn’t shifted. My connectedness to self was perpetually shoved aside, and I still felt a latent, untapped potential for expressing my unique gifts in a spirit of service.
With the arrival of 2020 and all of the existential contemplation that year offered, I also noticed how desperately our world needs each human to fully stand in their personal power in order to make a positive difference in the trajectory of life on earth.
Healing the world begins with me taking responsibility for MY wholeness and healing — a lifelong path, for sure — and as I walk this path, I want to help you do the same.
It’s become my mission to use my skills and gifts to help YOU, fellow human:
find the song that only you can sing, and provide you with solidarity and support as you learn to sing it; and,
discover what makes life uniquely meaningful to you, and begin to actualize that meaning step by loving step.

I believe:
Anyone should be free to be themselves — sexual orientation, gender identity and more — and that the world benefits from us cherishing our diversity.
Toxic patriarchy and toxic capitalism are systems that not only live in our social structures, but in our minds.
Our bodies have so much wisdom to share about how to be whole; we just need to learn how to listen.
No one thing is “right” or “wrong”. There’s truth in paradox and in the gray.
