Your brain churns out worry, but your body stays stagnant. The pressure builds to the point where your inner drill-sergeant spurs you into action, and you work until you collapse… rinse and repeat.
“OMG, life is so overwhelming… I’ve gotta get my sh*t together.” You spend 3 hours researching the perfect productivity app, another 2 hours loading all of your to-dos into lists… and then are too tired to do anything on those lists, for the next 5 days. 😅 You conclude that it was the wrong to-do app, and return back to your research… and guess what? That app also “doesn’t work”.
Your parents were hellbent on getting you into Harvard — therefore, you learned to excel at EVERYTHING (music, sports, extracurriculars, volunteering) because you were trained to have an “I can do it all” attitude.
Past You thought that relaxing was a waste of time because it didn’t directly contribute to your goals. Current You knows that rest is important for wellbeing, but despite that, your only hobbies to speak of are Netflix and scrolling through Instagram.
You’ve committed to yourself repeatedly to set better boundaries with the takers of your life– your boss, certain family members– but when they urgently and emotionally “need” something, you find yourself compulsively saying yes, and regretting it later.
Compassion for others has never been an issue– you have a huge heart, and want to see justice and restoration for nature, animals, those affected by systemic racism, sexism, misogyny, and other inequalities. BUT, you’re absolutely ruthless towards yourself.

What you’ll receive
In this 6-month coaching program, you receive:
A VIP Kickoff (2.5 hours)
We take a complete inventory of your life: physical & emotional health, career satisfaction, relationships, pleasure / fun and your connection to a bigger purpose. This sets our direction & priorities for the next 6 months.
Four 50-minute coaching sessions per month
Arrive with an obstacle, and leave with new insight and new approaches by the end of our session.
Monday through Friday Voxer support
Whether you’re trying out a new tool between sessions, or want a pep talk before a big step, I’m in your pocket!

We’ll hold our coaching sessions over Zoom - we can chat via video or audio-only, whatever you’re more comfortable with.
My general availability for private coaching is Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11am - 4pm Mountain Time (MT).
When we chat after you apply, we can begin to explore some mutually-agreeable times!

Woohoo, welcome to the wonderful world of coaching! Here’s a little peek into what it’s like to work together.
BEFORE WE BEGIN: The first thing we’ll do is set overall goals of for the coaching package before and during our first session.
WEEKLY SESSIONS:
— You’ll share your current situation, what you’d ideally like to figure out by the end of the session, and we’ll jump right in!
— Come to session with what’s REAL and ALIVE for you right now. You don’t need to “get it right” or worry about disappointing me; whatever state you’re in is exactly perfect.
— Although I’ll be offering a bunch of different tools & strategies to help you get clarity on your stuck places, YOU are in the driver’s seat - and I will ask you for consent before we move forward with a specific tool. I’m next to you, holding the map and showing you the roads we could take to get to your destination :-)
VOXER: This is an app where we can send voice memos back and forth as well as texts, images, files etc. This is how we’ll stay in touch between sessions. You can reach out anytime for a question or update, and I’ll respond ASAP during business hours but within 48 hrs at the latest.

Depending on the way your particular mind-body-soul system best processes information, I leverage powerful questions, techniques from Somatic Experiencing and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, visualizations, self-dialogue and parts work (IFS), in addition to various brainstorming, decision making & project planning frameworks.
I received my coaching education through the Wayfinder Life Coach Training program, an ICF-accredited program led by Martha Beck. These tools have been tested and used by thousands of individuals to great success.

Most other approaches to mindset and habit change aren’t customized to you. When you show up for a coaching session or in Voxer, I meet you right where you are and we choose tools & approaches that will be maximally helpful to you.
Additionally, most other approaches also have the POV that if you fail, it’s because you’re lazy and you haven’t been trying hard enough. I DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS. There’s always wisdom to your “falling off the wagon”. We’ll glean that wisdom and use it to help you move forward with more power and momentum.
